Regulation Inspection of Data and Documents of the Certificates of Registration Act

Art. 1 [Not yet in force]
The person who operates a ship for which a certificate of registration as referred to in the Articles 4 and 4a of the Certificates of Registration Act, has been issued, looks after the availability of the following data and documents regarding that seagoing vessel in his office in the Netherlands:
the position of the seagoing vessel;
the state of technical maintenance of the seagoing vessel;
the names, the functions, the competences and the certificates of the crew members;
the personnel data, as referred to in Article 3 of the Seafarers Act;
the individual sea labour agreements with the crew members serving on board of the seagoing vessel, respectively the collective labour agreements which apply to these crew members;
the names of the passengers and of the other persons on board of the seagoing vessel, as applicable, and
the nature and the composition of the cargo in the case of hazardous or noxious substances, as referred to in Chapter VII of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, established on 1 November 1974 in London (Trb. 1976, 157) and the binding protocols, appendices and annexes to that Convention.
Art. 2 [Not yet in force]
This Regulation enters into force at the time on which the Act of 5 July 2006, containing amendment of the Commercial Code, the Civil Code, the Seagoing Vessels under Bareboat Charter (Nationality) Act, the Certificates of Registration Act and a few other Acts related to the European right of freedom of establishment, enters into force.
